Every build begins
with a conversation.

We take on a limited number of commissions each year. That's what lets us design, specify, and build every detail ourselves, without shortcuts. Failure to prepare is preparing to fail, so we require our surveys to be carried out by qualified construction professionals with experience.

01

Desktop Survey & Appraisal

At the very beginning we request a specific set of photos and detailed information on the location of your property and the position you prefer in the garden. From this we will be able to identify most of your requirements to ensure the products can be delivered and the method that is most suited.

Desktop Survey: £195.00  |  Desktop Planting Plan: £195.00
02

Site Survey & Appraisal

Before a build begins, a surveyor visits your property to check ground conditions, electrical routing, and access. Those findings shape the final design.

Site Survey (Sauna): £525.00  |  Site Survey (Spa Garden): £950.00

Design Configuration

Working closely with our design team, you will configure the sauna's proportions, timber finishes, and heat source. We provide detailed material samples and a final architectural rendering for your approval.

04

Truro Based Workshop

Your build enters our Truro Based Workshop. Over 4 to 8 weeks, our master carpenters construct your cabin from the ground up, employing precision joinery and applying protective coatings and natural oils.

Delivery & Commissioning

Flatpack or Complete build options for delivery.

For a flatpack installation or delivery of a completed unit on a lorry with a hiab or crane.

The completed structure is transported to your site and craned carefully into position. Our senior installer completes the electrical integration, performs the final safety checks, and initiates the first firing.

*Note: Delivery charges are not included. Delivery charges are ever changing and subject to distance and method, so they unfortunately cannot be added until the desktop survey has been completed.
